Michael "Mick" Elia, LICSW
Managing Partner
Mick is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has worked with adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of settings throughout the continuum of care. Including inpatient, residential, day treatment, outpatient, and school based programs.
Mick is passionate to a person centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy foundation. He loves the collaborative process of working with others mindfully and methodically through their unique journey of self-discovery and development. Mick feels grateful to get to provide presence and support, while getting to witness and vicariously experience countless moments of people finding their own success.
During Mick's free time he enjoys time with his family, being outdoors, movies, music, and small never-ending projects.

Andrew lapin, lmhc, NBCC
Managing Partner
Andrew is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works primarily with LGBTQIA+ folx across the lifespan. His work focuses on identity development and the intersection of queerness and mental health needs.
Andrew is direct, honest, and supportive with a focus on empowering people to foster self-determination. He will join people where they're at and continue to support them throughout their journey of personal development with levity.
Andrew's career has centered in experiential psychotherapies, specifically on Animal Assisted Psychotherapy. He has trained scores of clinicians across the country on how to utilize the human/ animal connection to empower emotional healing.
Andrew is a Nationally Board Certified Counselor with a supervisory designation. He is licensed in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Utah.

Melanie Miller, LADC-I
Holding a Master's in Counseling with a specialization in Addiction, Melanie is dedicated to guiding individuals through personal development and transformation. Recognizing that feeling lost is a natural part of life, she helps clients uncover their strengths and create a path that aligns with their values. With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, she integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy to foster meaningful, lasting change. Drawing on extensive experience in diverse settings and collaboration with mental health and substance use experts, Melanie provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Committed to seeing each person beyond their struggles, she empowers individuals to reclaim their resilience and move toward a life of hope, meaning, and possibility.

Hannah Davis, MA, LMHC
A licensed mental health counselor, Hannah is passionate about helping adults and adolescents navigate life’s challenges. With experience in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospital settings, they provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-harm, mood disorders, and major life transitions. Her eclectic approach integrates trauma-informed, person-centered, relational, and emotion-focused techniques, recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique. Believing that healing doesn’t always have to be serious, she embraces the power of laughter alongside deeper therapeutic work. Dedicated to fostering growth, self-compassion, and empowerment, she creates a space where clients feel truly seen and heard, guiding them toward lasting change by helping them understand emotions and identify unhelpful patterns. Honored to walk alongside clients in their healing process, she invites individuals to take the first courageous step toward transformation.

Megan specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and unhealthy coping habits, including substance use. With a focus on building genuine connections, she creates a supportive and comfortable space where therapy feels approachable rather than formal or distant—embracing both deep reflection and lighthearted moments. Drawing on experience with a range of diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use, she utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, exploration of past experiences, and solution-focused strategies to foster growth and self-awareness.
