    Michael "Mick" Elia, LICSW

    Managing Partner

    Mick is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who has worked with adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of settings throughout the continuum of care. Including inpatient, residential, day treatment, outpatient, and school based programs.

    Mick is passionate to a person centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy foundation. He loves the collaborative process of working with others mindfully and methodically through their unique journey of self-discovery and development. Mick feels grateful to get to provide presence and support, while getting to witness and vicariously experience countless moments of people finding their own success.

    During Mick's free time he enjoys time with his family, being outdoors, movies, music, and small never-ending projects.

    Andrew lapin, lmhc, NBCC

    Managing Partner

    Andrew is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works primarily with LGBTQIA+ folx across the lifespan. His work focuses on identity development and the intersection of queerness and mental health needs.

    Andrew is direct, honest, and supportive with a focus on empowering people to foster self-determination. He will join people where they're at and continue to support them throughout their journey of personal development with levity.

    Andrew's career has centered in experiential psychotherapies, specifically on Animal Assisted Psychotherapy. He has trained scores of clinicians across the country on how to utilize the human/ animal connection to empower emotional healing.

    Andrew is a Nationally Board Certified Counselor with a supervisory designation. He is licensed in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Utah.

    Christine Russo, Clinical Intern

    Christine is a graduate-level intern pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William James College. Her background in working with adolescents and passion for helping others heal and grow will bring warmth, insight, and curiosity to her clinical work. She has a strong interest in the mind-body connection, expressive arts, and how we heal through relationships, creativity, and self-awareness. 

    Christine believes in creating a collaborative and affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their stories. Christine is committed to fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships that offer a warm environment that is rooted in non-judgment and authenticity.

  • Jeffrey MacKinnon, MSW

    As a Master’s Level clinician, Jeff is dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic services. With a strong foundation in mental health, Jeff works under the supervision of experienced professionals to support clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth. Jeff takes a client-centered approach, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Passionate about fostering a safe and non-judgmental space, he is committed to helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and achieve their mental health goals.

  • Lin Lufkin, LMHC

    Lin is a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts with varied years of experience. She is a nationally certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT) with training in Expressive Art Therapies, DBT, EMDR and other evidenced based modalities. She has helped people struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disturbances, family and other relationship conflicts, confusion around careers, and life choices creating barriers to their life satisfaction.

    She strives to meet people where they are at in a non-judgmental, supportive manner, encouraging people to set their own goals and identify their strengths. She helps others see things in different ways so they can identify and explore all their options, knowing that the only one who truly knows what is right for someone is them self.

  • Theresa Mcgrath

    Theresa is a mental health counselor with her master's degree in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She is certified in sexual and domestic violence and has worked with clients in processing trauma.

    Theresa is dedicated to supporting clients and utilizing a client-centered approach to develop meaningful and trusting relationships that meet clients where they are at in life, creating a safe space for therapy.

    Theresa has worked with a wide range of clients including those suffering from depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, family and relationship dynamics, PTSD, trauma and loss. Her counseling style is interactive, patient, and fluid- catering to her clients needs while using motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as trauma informed and mindfulness practice.
